Writing On Palm

Anguish

Doseong, Lee

Although an enlightened being said the things of the world he saw,

nobody listened carefully to him.

Seeing the difference in eyesight between ordinary people and him, he enlightened being said.

“The blind each have different reactions, after touching an elephant. They say.

‘It’s like a thick rope.’

‘It’s like a flat bed.’

‘It’s like pot-bellied pottery.’

‘It’s like the body of a mortar.’

‘It’s like a winnower which winnows grain.’

‘It’s like a long think mooli.’

I have opened my eyes thanks to the enlightenment

and you are like the blind.

People say what they listen to and learn with their own thoughts added

but I see what is and say it as it is.”

He abierto mis ojos gracias a la iluminación
